Hi, I’m Leslee
Being active and outdoors is where I feel most alive - grounded, present and connected. That same spirit-lifting sense of aliveness is what draws me to coaching and the deep meaning that comes from witnessing real transformation.
In this work, I support people who’ve spent years searching for love outside themselves to gently return inward — to trust their inner wisdom, honor what they truly need, and create relationships rooted in self-worth.
I understand how painful it can be to repeat old patterns, question your instincts, or settle for less than your heart deserves. And I also know, deeply, that change is possible — without forcing, fixing, or becoming someone you’re not.
My Story
I’ve walked this path myself. I know the work of untangling old patterns, healing past experiences, and learning to trust your own voice again. Through navigating painful relationships, learning to honor my needs, and rebuilding confidence, I came to understand what true self-worth and healthy love actually feel like.
As a certified life coach, I bring both professional tools and lived experience into my work. With compassion, clarity, and steady support, I help you reconnect to yourself, strengthen your boundaries, and move toward relationships and choices that genuinely honor who you are.

My work is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in self-trust. I don’t believe in forcing change or pushing you past your capacity. Instead, we move at a pace that feels safe, steady, and sustainable.
We would meet in a 40-55 minute zoom call. Together, we will explore what’s been shaping your patterns — with curiosity rather than judgment — and create space for clarity, confidence, and choice. I will help you listen more closely to your inner signals, strengthen your boundaries, and take aligned steps forward that feel true to you.
I am a certified life coach, not a licensed therapist. My work is supportive and trauma-aware, but it is not a substitute for psychotherapy or mental health care.
I focus on awareness, choice, and forward movement in your life and relationships. I do not diagnose, treat, or process clinical trauma, and I may encourage therapeutic support when appropriate.
